This lovely polished cut Sonoran Sunrise is wire weaved with intricate love in copper wire. I used 20 gauge bare copper base wires, with 30 gauge bare copper wire, and 20 gauge half round wire for the coiling. I oxidized this pendant using Liver Of Sulfur which is a safe chemical that tarnishes the metal faster so that it has more definition and beautiful characteristics. Sonoran Sunrise is a trade name for an eye-catching red and green gem material. It occurs naturally as a rock composed mainly of bluish-green chrysocolla and bright red cuprite. That color combination suggests a green landscape under a brilliant red sky. The little green stone at the top is called Peridot. This is an excellent chord medallion to fit your style.

Care Instructions -As this hand crafted pendant is hand weaved in bare copper, I will include a polishing cloth. I also give all my raw copper pieces a fresh polish before shipping. The best care is to not let it get wet, and keep it stored in a safe and special place.
